Cumin seeds <br />¼ tsp. Turmeric powder <br />2 onions, finely chopped <br />1 tbsp. Mix Masala <br />Salt, to taste <br />Freshly Grated Coconut <br /> <br />Method:- <br />- In a bowl add salt to the chopped banana blossom and let it rest for 30 minutes. <br />- In a kadhai, heat oil and add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, mix masala, salt and mix well. <br />- Now add the banana blossom and mix well. <br />- Cover with the lid and simmer for 15 minutes. <br />- Add grated coconut and stir. <br />- Simmer for 5 more minutes covering with the lid. <br />- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve. <br /> <br />Kelphulachi Bhaji ready to eat! <br />HAPPY COOKING!
